Deterministic engine Zero AI Policy Engine v2026-09-29

Know if your ad will get flagged — before you pay for clicks.

TradesAd Suite™ gives your contractor marketing three deterministic checkups: ad-copy audits against 36 policy patterns from Google, Meta, EPA, and FTC rules, landing-page audits for phones, licenses, and CTAs, and competitor scans that benchmark you side-by-side. No black box, no guessing — full-sentence evidence for every flag, reproducible scores, and fix guidance you can act on today.

How it works

Three steps. Sixty seconds. A verdict you can defend in front of a client.

1

Paste your ad copy

Drop in the exact headline, primary text, and call to action — exactly as written. Try one of the one-tap sample ads if you want to see it work first.

2

The rule engine scans it

36 versioned patterns across 5 violation families check every sentence: superlatives, guarantees, financial claims, personal attributes, safety claims — plus a license-credential check.

3

Get a verdict + fixes

HIGH RISK, NEEDS REVIEW, or CLEAR — with the full offending sentence quoted, the policy it violates, and plain-English fix guidance per finding. Print it or save as PDF.

Built to be trusted, not to impress

Most audit tools run your ad through an AI and hand you a confident-sounding paragraph. Ours runs a rule book you can read.

⚙️

Deterministic rule engine

Same ad in, same verdict out — every time. No temperature, no hallucinations, no "it said something different yesterday."

🏷️

Versioned policy stamp

Every report carries the policy version (v2026-09-29). When ad platforms update their rules, the library updates — and your old reports still show what they were judged against.

💬

Full-sentence evidence

Every flag quotes the complete offending sentence — never a keyword fragment — alongside the named policy it violates.

🪪

License-credential check

Detects formatted trade license numbers (ROC #, TECL #, LCB #) deterministically from the copy — and says plainly when none is found, instead of guessing.

👤

Gray-zone human review

Borderline promotional language that isn't a hard violation goes into a "needs human review" bucket. The tool pre-screens — it never blesses an ad as safe to launch.

📄

White-label PDF reports

Pro Agency plans generate clean, client-ready reports with your branding — print or save straight from the audit page.

🔍

Landing Page Audit

Enter your page link. The engine checks phone-number consistency (tap-to-call links included), license credentials, business-name match, calls to action, trust signals, and service-area signals. Try it →

📊

Competitor Scanner

Paste your ad plus up to 5 competitor ads. Same 36-pattern engine scores everyone side-by-side: where you win, where you lose, and the top 3 gaps to fix. Try it →

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice? Will my ad definitely be approved?
No — and any tool that promises that is lying to you. TradesAd is a pre-screen: it flags language that commonly triggers disapprovals under published Google, Meta, EPA, and FTC rules. The ad platforms make the final call. When in doubt, have a human media buyer review before launching.
Why rule-based instead of AI?
Because rule failures are legible: when the engine misses something, we add a pattern, add a regression test, and bump the policy version — the miss becomes a permanent fix. AI failures are mysteries you can't patch. For compliance-adjacent work, deterministic and versioned beats a confident black box.
Does my ad copy leave my browser?
No. The entire engine runs locally in the page — there are no network calls, no accounts required to run an audit, and nothing is uploaded or stored.
What happens when ad platforms change their policies?
The pattern library is versioned (currently v2026-09-29). When guidance changes, we add or adjust patterns, re-run the full regression suite, and ship a new version. Every report stamps which version judged it, so old reports stay honest.
Can I put my agency's branding on reports?
Yes — the Pro Agency plan ($197/mo) includes white-label PDF reports with your branding, ready to hand to clients.
